tk688 currently processes deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions are not processed through any method other than these three.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applicable only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) in bets before withdrawing any winnings from that bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period and its own terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Only one welcome bonus will be given per individual, IP address, or household member.
• tk688 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If fraud or abuse is suspected in claiming any bonus, that bonus may be cancelled.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is unintentionally accepted due to a technical error, tk688 reserves the right to cancel that bet and the deposit will be returned.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

The results of all games are determined by the system and are final. In the case of a faulty game, tk688 reserves the right to return the bet amount and cancel any winnings.

6.4 Live Casino

If a network disconnection or technical issue occurs during live casino games, decisions will be made based on the state of the game before the disconnection. tk688 will not be liable for any loss caused by technical difficulties.

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above activities are carried out, the account will be immediately closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

tk688 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of these terms is proven.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets must be settled before the account is closed, and any available balance will be returned subject to wagering requirements being met.

8.3 Balance of Suspended Accounts

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, verified deposited funds may be returned, but bonuses and funds earned from bonuses will always be forfeited.
